A Talk With America (ATWA) is a series of talks surrounding the mutual cross-impact of international finance and politics as driven by and influenced from America.

In 2020, our panel of investment professionals will discuss the impact of the US Presidential election campaign and resulting impact. AGBC Munich will host the 2Q20 discussion.  The final panel will occur in November in Berlin, after election results as a review of the election and preview of the next 4 years.

ATWA is non-partisan and neutral. The series aims to present a deeper look into the mutual influence of politics and investment as it relates to America. The time and events leading up to a Presidential election show major shifts in the financial markets.  Also from the financial industry, the panel will discuss how event related fluctuations are key indicators for portfolio construction. Finally, a deeper look into the changes in America over time under different leadership will also be a theme.

ATWA is also intended to be a cultural exchange between and amongst all participants whether guest, speaker or sponsor. Topics are altered to reflect the interests of the participants and the current market.

As we approach the 27th May, we will announce further details on the ATWA/AGBC Munich event.
